Federal procurement & security clearance advisory · Canada

Win federal and defence contracts. Start with the clearance.

Evrosco guides Canadian contractors into government work: registering on CanadaBuys and MERX, reading the security requirements, getting your organization cleared, and submitting bids that comply.

Questions

Common questions

Do I need a security clearance to bid on federal construction work?

Often, yes. Work on Department of National Defence sites and other sensitive facilities usually carries a Security Requirements Check List (SRCL) that requires at least Designated Organization Screening and Reliability status for staff. Some sites require Secret.

How long does an organizational clearance take?

Plan for roughly 60 to 180 days, depending on the level and how complete the application is. Preparing documents and officers before a target tender closes is what keeps you eligible.

Can I apply for a clearance on my own?

Organizations are screened by the Contract Security Program when they are sponsored for a bid or contract that has security requirements. Evrosco helps you get ready for that sponsorship and complete the process correctly.

Can Evrosco guarantee a clearance or a contract award?

No. Government decides both. Evrosco reduces delays and avoidable errors and makes your submission as strong as it can be.
