Federal procurement & security clearance advisory · Canada
Evrosco guides Canadian contractors into government work: registering on CanadaBuys and MERX, reading the security requirements, getting your organization cleared, and submitting bids that comply.
Services
Many capable contractors never bid on government work because getting in looks opaque. Each service closes one part of that gap. Use one, or let us run the whole path.
Set up properly so you see and can answer the right opportunities.
Get your organization and people screened at the level the work needs.
Pick the tenders you can win and submit bids that pass compliance.
Stay eligible after the first award.
How it works
Review ownership, structure and documents against the screening requirements. You get a readiness report and a risk list.
Plan the officer appointments, controls and submission checklist your company needs.
Prepare and check the forms, submit, and manage questions from the reviewers.
Keep policies, people and renewals current so you stay ready to bid.
Who it's for
Drywall, mechanical, electrical, roofing and general contractors looking at work on bases, armouries and federal buildings.
Companies that want a steady, well-funded pipeline alongside private projects.
Firms entering defence and public safety markets that need cleared people and premises.

Questions
Often, yes. Work on Department of National Defence sites and other sensitive facilities usually carries a Security Requirements Check List (SRCL) that requires at least Designated Organization Screening and Reliability status for staff. Some sites require Secret.
Plan for roughly 60 to 180 days, depending on the level and how complete the application is. Preparing documents and officers before a target tender closes is what keeps you eligible.
Organizations are screened by the Contract Security Program when they are sponsored for a bid or contract that has security requirements. Evrosco helps you get ready for that sponsorship and complete the process correctly.
No. Government decides both. Evrosco reduces delays and avoidable errors and makes your submission as strong as it can be.
